Connor House was founded at Davidson in 1992, and named for Carol Connor Willingham, a member of the first class of women (1977) and longtime Davidson Trustee.
Connor's Mission Statement Connor House is a venue for interaction and companionship for female members of the Davidson College student body. Connor House provides dining, social, service, and community activities for its members, and aims to promote sisterhood through collaborative service and philanthropy to the greater community.
Connor House's main event is their annual Bosom Buddies gala, which raised over $150,000 for breast cancer research in the past two years alone. This past year, Connor House was awarded the Most Outstanding Philanthropic Program by PCC. They also co-sponsor Frankelfest, a kickball tournament to support the John Frankel Memorial Scholarship.
